GROWING TECHNOLOGY

To extend our manufacturing capabilities, BMV has added high speed CNC generating and polishing equipment specifically tailored to the manufacturing of micro-optics. This gives us the capability to manufacture lenses from 1mm to 10mm, quickly and in volume.

To complement our comprehensive manufacturing abilities, BMV maintains a Class 7 cleanroom. Our cleanroom further enhances our already extensive assembly capabilities with the ability to assemble mechanical-optical and electro-optical systems within an ultra clean environment. Space bound assemblies and medical instruments are just two applications which require ultra clean assemblies.
